"The property is beautiful but we were out in a room just steps off of the lobby on the first floor. Literally you check in, go up four steps and our room was right there. We had a room looking out the front of the hotel and had to keep the shades drawn at all times even in the bathroom or else people walking by could see us. It was incredibly noisy with the train going by constantly outside our window as well as all the lobby noise. Doors banging people talking and laughing, clomping up and down the stairs outside our door. So loud. All the doors were terribly cracked and ugly. The rest of the room was fine. Beautiful bathroom. We had to ask for a pillow case to be changed since it had mold stains on it. "

"Most of all I felt safe staying here. Everything was very clean and staff very kind, helpful and respectful. I recommend dining out at the restaurant and trying the duck. There is small gym on site and spa services. I feel like everyone cares about me when I am there. Sometimes I would get vouchers for a coffee or a drink, or discounts at the restaurant which made me feel appreciated and valued. It’s my home away from home. "

"Szczerze mówiąc byłem zaskoczony . Świetny pokój , młodzież ogarnięta w recepcji. Pani w barze pomocna. Parking na ulicy za darmo . Centrum handlowe rzut beretem , jak wjedziesz w dobry zjazd , a jak nie to masz kilka kilometrów do objechania . Jak dla mnie bomba. "
