As you step inside, you`ll immediately fall in love with the well-designed layout of the cabin. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing with loved ones. Again, the views are truly the steal of the show. Picture yourself sipping a hot cup of cocoa on the deck or the front swing soaking in the views and the crisp mountain air. It`s a mesmerizing sight that never gets old, it`s like living in a postcard.



Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, extra cabinet space with everything you need to make a memorable meal. Includes a Keurig coffee maker.



Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, Smart TV and a Queen Pull out sofa bed.



Bedroom 1: Features a King bed and TCL Roku TV.



Bedroom 2: Features a set of twin over full bunk beds.



Outdoor Space: Reach for the stars and delight in the enchanting display of nature from this charming cabin, with expansive ski-slope views, decking and a brand-new hot tub and gazebo.



Moonridge’s central location within the Big Bear Valley means it’s just a short drive to the lake and marinas, shopping centers, The Village, Snow Summit resort, and the many great restaurants Big Bear has to offer. With portions of Moonridge lying within both the City of Big Bear Lake and the unincorporated County area, it offers all utilities and is served by both the City and Big Bear City Community Services District.



Free Big Bear Trolley:



Mountain Transit`s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.



Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.



Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.



Parking: Driveway is steep. Space for (2) cars in the driveway.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.



If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.



Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.



The jacuzzi cover must remain closed when not in use or will require a $250 fee if it is left open more than one hour without use as it will result in loss of heat and $100 per hour after that if it is left open as it can cause significant damage to the jacuzzi. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the jacuzzi and any guest found smoking or bringing alcohol in the jacuzzi in glass will be subject to a $500 fine plus $200 dump and fill.



Furthermore, it is essential to note that the appropriate swimwear must be worn in the jacuzzi at all times, and guests are prohibited from being nude in the jacuzzi at all times and any reports of this from neighbors or other parties will result in you being asked to leave without reimbursement of your stay. If you have any questions about lifting the jacuzzi cover, please contact our management team. Any misuse of the spa bar will result in the damages being charged to you in full.



There is a $2500 fee for smoking indoors.
