Great location and spacious!

My family and I have stayed at this house twice already. We love the location. It's a short drive to many restaurants, groceries, shopping, the village and alpine slide. We appreciate having the spacious garage and huge backyard for some snow play for the kids.Plenty of towels & pillows were available. Just wished theres was extra pillow cases and clean blankets.The kitchen has everything you will need. Having a washer and dryer is a plus. Theres a few things just needs to be cleaned, fixed and updated. The kitchen sliding door and the bedroom door does not lock. The fireplace in the master bedroom doesn't work which makes the room freezing all night. Having a portable heater would have helped even having the central heat.All the blinds are very dusty. The blankets are not washed and clean. The grill outside was very dirty.Thank you for the memories, we enjoyed our stay once again!

As You Would Expect

Great place and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the place was as advertised. As usual a few things that are a little bothersome such as ants in the bathroom and blinds throughout the house that were really dusty.

What a spacious, comfortable & peaceful house!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Although, this house only sleeps 8 comfortably, not 12. There were little issues that can be fixed like the master bedroom sinks were clogged. The toilet holder is broken in the master bathroom. The blinds are all very dusty. The house did not have a garage door opener. You have to go inside the house to open and close it. We appreciate that the house and backyard are spacious. There were enough sitting area where you can eat in the kitchen and on the huge dining table. The couches were also comfortable. The backyard is huge, had plenty of sitting area and playground is a plus for our girls. We enjoyed using the grill as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were enough towels provided. Every bathroom had body wash , hand soap and shampoo & conditioner. My girls enjoyed the big tub in the masters. We didn’t drive too far to find grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was very peaceful and safe. My family visits Big Bear every year and this house is our favorite. We will be back next year!

Much Needed Family Getaway

We had an amazing time. The home was immaculate. It had everything we needed and I loved that it was stocked with necessities to use like laundry detergent, shampoo, coffee, etc. All we had to bring was our clothes, and preparedness to have a good time. This was a much needed family vacation, and the kids were so excited for the snow! I have already downloaded the AvantStay App. and I don’t think I will stay at another home that is not an AvantStay rental.

We loved this modern and beautiful property. The living room /kitchen open space allowed us to entertain the entire family. Perfect location and amenities. I would definitely recommend staying there and will be returning.

Great clean Beautiful Home!

Overall it was great! Very clean which we definitely appreciated, wish there were more amenities available like other places I have rented, but we utilized the playground, grill, spacious yard and beautiful aesthetic of this “cabin”. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. I would definitely recommend and book again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great stay at Paradise Pines. Set up some bucket golf and badminton in the backyard and the kids had a blast. The location was central to just about everything. Nice open layout that worked well for our party. The home was very well taken care of.

Winter Escape

Although it is technically Spring, this year's Winter has continued sending snow to the local mountains, which made for a picturesque stay. We really enjoyed our time at "Winter Park" and so did our guests. Every room is spacious and beautiful. The kids also had fun playing in the large backyard.

We love the open kitchen concept

We like all the extra blankets and pillows, all the necessary kitchen equipment , we Love we didn’t have any door keys to be used and having Netflix and Disney plus channels was awesome

Beautiful cabin

We rent a cabin for a couple of days every year in December with our best friends and their kids. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Kids enjoyed the outdoor playground. Would definitely return. It would be nice if there was a blender, mixer, and a fire pit outside to enjoy and make some s’mores.

Gorgeous, clean house with a great backyard!

Perfect for two families! The house is the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in and has the largest backyard of any place I’ve stayed in Big Bear or Crestline. Beautiful property, close to everything you need. Would definitely come back!
