The staff is very helpful and attentive, the hotel is beautiful, sparkling clean and the garden is lush. I need to mention that entry with a vehicle can be be difficult because the gate can be opened only from the reception and if no one is available, there is just no way to open it. And it is a longish walk from the gate to the hotel, which we had to do under pouring rain to get to our taxi outside. Other than that, the stay was amazing and even better than expected for the price. Honestly...

This place was perfect. I walked into town and beach every day. They have a fully functional outdoor community kitchen which is perfect for families. A family cooked there every day and I made smoothies. It was very clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will be back.

Alan, the owner of the property was so very helpful during our entire stay. He always took the time to talk with us about the activities available and how to arrange. This property is within walking distance to everything we needed. His staff is friendly and the breakfast was always very good. This property was always clean. I would highly recommend Lulas! What a great adventure to Bocas del Toro and a fabulous stay at the hotel Tropical Suites! From the moment we stepped in the door and saw the Ocean Sparkling in the background, we fell in love with our hotel and vacation locale. great location close to everything at isla colon but at the same time quiet no loud bars or restaurant next to this hotel which is a problem in bocas. Swans cay quiet and peaceful. the Hotel has a pool that not many hotel in bocas has one. they also have a nice sushi restaurant. great place i will be back soon

Just a quick boat ride from Bocas Del Toro to a super cute small waterfront resort with pool bar and restaurant ! Staff was very helpful with tours and directions to give the water taxis for what piers and so on

Excellent, memorable stay in overwater bungalows. Great staff. Bring your snorkel gear and enjoy breakfast in bed. Bring ear plugs, like the rest of the entire area- music in the night keeps us light sleepers awake.

What an amazing place to stay in Bocas del Toro. The hut was pristine and really comfortable. Try to request a water front lodge (there are 6 in total) but the front two are right on the water front but the sunsets either way are insane. The staff we dealt with were so friendly and helpful plus they did laundry for us in one hour for $10 per load. The experience since the arrival was spectacular. The location, the service, the food experience. We are a family of 4, 3 surfers and 1 non-surfer, and all of us had a great time. The spa was a great experience as well for us 4. There are several options for day-trips that can be arranged at the front desk.

A Magical Rainforest Escape – Highly Recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at Ataraxia eco lodge! The property is run by a very nice couple who make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you arrive. But most important was the staff, Anna was the person who kindly attended to us and was fully available to meet our needs and willing to help with a tip or any other kind of inquiry I may have. Breakfast was freshly made by a young lady Janelle who also had a smile on her face. Bambuda is exceptional! From the moment you enter the property, the décor amazes you. From the fantastic wall art to all the wooden fixtures and furniture, everything is designed to impress. Check-In was a breeze and though there was no hot water in the newer section of the building, I didn't miss it because the water was room temperature.
