"I was disappointed when I entered my room. It smelled damp. The coffee machine had calcium buildup. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. Slow drain, not to mention dirty tub. We had to shower with shoes on our feet. As I was packing up to check out, housekeeping decided to attempt to barge in my room. However, I had the safety latch on which prevented her from entering. Two young ladies that were poolside, commented on how rude housekeeping was for trying to enter my room. My interaction with staff was very little, nothing stood out. Parking was fine. "

"Overall, the experience was pleasant, but the breakfast was a real disappointment. The waffles were undercooked and the eggs had an unappetizing slimy texture. The rooms were pretty nice and the hostess applied to our every needs. So I would give the a three."

"The front desk staff was amazing, patient, kind, and incredibly helpful despite all the chaos. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match that level of service. The property was very dirty and clearly not updated. The photos online do not accurately reflect the current condition. Our bedding had visible stains, and getting clean towels was a constant struggle, they were almost never available. The cleanliness and overall style felt more like a motel, yet the price was expensive, nearly $200 a night. We also did not feel safe around the property. The pool was very dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again."

"I appreciate the free and safe parking. Breakfast is basic but it will save you some money. Elevator was out and that would be an inconvenience for my parents if I bring them along next time. Staff was courteous."

"Little children should not be serving themselves. One little boy almost burned himself at the waffle iron and his parents were not around. I saw several children, unsupervised pile their plates with food and left a lot to be thrown away. There should be a rule prior to entering the serving line that kids under a certain age are to be served by their parents."

"The room smelled atrocious.. I'm not sure if the cleaning products were so strong to cover up a smell or what. I considered switching hotels for the night but stuck it out instead. The soda machine was either sold out or flat. Kudos to the grounds crew though "
