When we noticed the electronic door lock batteries were running low, they promptly dropped off a fresh package without hesitation. That kind of attentiveness really goes a long way.The only minor issues we experienced weren’t within anyone’s control—the front door was a bit tricky to open and close due to swelling from heavy recent rains, and we noticed quite a few beetle remains around the house, which actually reassured us that pest control had been handled (and we really appreciated that!).All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely book again.
