"The Park is beautiful and with a visit the lodge has beed week used and poorly maintained. The room was not cleaned well at all. Stuck to the bathroom floor. No batteries in the fire Alam there were used disposable utensils on the floor by the desk. Forget the lodge and go elsewhere for food and beverages. Service is soooo slow! Visit the park but stay elsewhere. Pool was ok but merky."
"We really loved our stay with one exception. A woodpecker would wake us up daily between 6am-6:30am pecking loudly on the outside of our suite (#58). We asked if anything could be done but there wasn’t and it was a common occurrence. We would love to go back if we can be sure we could sleep in."
"View amazing. Food was delicious. Sleeping with the sliding glass door open and hearing the ocean all night was wonderful. Pillows were not great. A few tiny ants in the bathroom."
"The room was mostly clean except for 2 small stains on one of the bedspreads. The room was as basic as a motel room can be - there was absolutely nothing inviting at all about the room. No continental breakfast and very low water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable."
"We liked everything about the castle Inn. The location was fabulous; right across from the water and walkway. The staff was very helpful. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations. We loved the fire pit. The breakfast was modest but super convenient and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"
