"I’d heard of the Big Texan Steakhouse and Ranch. I also seek out good deals when I travel alone. This room was a good price, plus walking distance to the restaurant."

"Sketchy area. My feet were dirty after walking from bathroom to the bed. No shampoo is provided, just a little bar of soap. I accidentally left my $120 pillow cube pillow on the bed. And called the same day. Nobody had any clue about it. Just wanted to get me off the phone. I asked if the could take my number down incase they found it. They took down my number and never recieved a call. They could have asked the housekeeper. I call a week later and a more helpful gentleman looked in lost and found and didn’t see it. It’s a rectangle. It doesn’t look like any other pillow. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. "

"Very welcoming and an upgrade when I asked for first floor. Cookies upon arrival which was nice after driving a long ways. Comfortable bed. "

"Got there at 1am, in the middle of a hail storm. A/C was stuck on cold air so we turned it off... it was probably 40° in the room. Tv didnt work. Tub was stained looked dirty, furniture looked like it came from a different hotel like cabinet with a sink hole but no sink. We slept there exhausted because we were driving cross country and it was late and i needed to rest, bathroom door didnt close, we didnt use shower because yuck... my daughter was starving in the am so i took her to breakfast, the waffle mix was watered down and made a hollow waffle, still seemed edible so we tried it... with syrup it was salty. Eggs were gross. We ended up just eating toast. Overall it was pretty awful but gave us somewhere to sleep. Wouldnt recommend though."

"The rugs/carpet in the hallways are seriously gross and smell horrible. Great breakfast options and most staff we encountered were very kind."

"The staff was lovely, the hotel was nice and clean but the food in the restaurant downstairs was disgusting. I ordered the roast beef. It was horrendous. It wasn’t slow roasted, I don’t k own what they did other than it looked like they cooked the “supposed roast beef” in a skillet. The baby carrots were not cooked. They weren’t even warm. The mashed potatoes were cold. I took a photo but there is nowhere to upload it. $35.00 down the drain because it immediately went in the trash. "
