"We were expecting AC and a bbq grill since listed in description and were surprised when it was 80 degrees in the home with three fans on high speed. We also packed meat in coolers to grill and there was no bbq grill as listed! After not being able to get a hold of the host we reached out to vrbo and they were able to get him on the line. After that he was great to give us a discount since there was no AC and had a bbq briquette grill delivered which did the job! The house actually cooled down...
