Eric has every detail covered—use of coolers and utensils for daytime outings, drinks, snacks, a delicious gourmet breakfast each morning, a comfortable home with a beautiful patio and hot tub. I am certain there is no better place to stay in Lake Powell!

The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!

Very professional and friendly staff. The property is been remodeled with beautiful finishes. bus station is right in front of the hotel and you can leave your car and get a 15 min ride to the park.

A beautiful spot! I would definitely go back. I had a room on the river side (hearing) and walking out my back patio down the water or just sitting there was so peaceful. The walk to Zion south entrance was so close!
The room was very clean. The restaurant service was not all that great. I only ate there one time during my stay. So it could possibly have been better another time.

We loved everything about it from the comfortable rooms/beds with our own front porch, hot tub with a beautiful mountain view, location with easy access to shops and the city shuttle to quickly get to Zion entrance, and delicious breakfast included at the restaurant just 2 doors down. Sharron was wonderful to tell us everything we needed to know to make our time at Zion NP the best possible...
