"Perfect location to Zion National Park, shuttle bus just right on the entrance of the hotel to Zion National Visiting Center, nice view from the hotel and staffs are very friendly and we had pleasant stay."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. For some reason the cleaning staff did not make up our room the first day, which meant the trash was overflowing (only 2 small baskets) and no towel refresh. The female desk person was friendly and helpful, but the male desk person was not - always had a sign up that said “Be back in 5 minutes” but was gone much longer than that. Also don’t plan on the breakfast being anything to write home about. A sack with a cold breakfast biscuit with mystery meat"
