Best Western Plus Settlers Point
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent Hotel with One Notable Housekeeping Issue Fantastic hotel that appears brand new, or close to it! Our room was beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Almost no stone was left unturned when it came to cleanliness and presentation. Almost... Unfortunately, the one glaring exception was the flooring. The first time we walked across the non-carpeted areas in our socks, we were shocked to discover the bottoms had turned almost black! Considering the obvious care put into cleaning the rest of the room, it was surprising that something as basic as mopping had been overlooked. A good old-fashioned mop and bucket would go a long way! Fortunately, we had flip-flops for the remainder of our stay, so it wasn't a deal-breaker, although it certainly could have been. Now, enough about the one negative, because everything else was outstanding! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, featuring hot, fresh food daily with an ever-changing selection that kept things interesting. We were never disappointed! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Given the obvious pride the staff take in providing a great guest experience, we're confident management will address the flooring issue. Despite that one housekeeping oversight, we would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again!"

Canyon Villas at Coral Ridge
10/10 Excellent
"Safe and attractive neighborhood. The condo was roomy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One area for improvement is the check-in communication. Our reservation confirmation stated that we would receive the unit’s address 24–48 hours before check-in, but that information never arrived. After multiple attempts to reach the host digitally and two phone conversations, we received the unit number and door code less than an hour before check-in. This created unnecessary uncertainty while traveling. If providing access information shortly before check-in is the standard process, that’s perfectly fine. It would be helpful to communicate that expectation upfront rather than telling guests they will receive the information 24–48 hours in advance."

"This place was absolutely wonderful. My family stayed there and it had everything to make it a picture perfect stay. It was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything and the host was so great to work with. I would absolutely stay here again. It was spacious and the views were amazing. The pool during the day was ideal and sunsets in the rooftop deck were stunning. Great games to keep us entertained. Just perfect."
