She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. On this trip I stayed in six hotels from London to Paris to Amsterdam, but I can say that the Village Hotel stay was the second to none because of Zara. "

"We stayed here for one night prior to going on a cruise. Good location not far from the cruise terminal but in a quiet area with plenty of parking. Nice breakfast next morning. Only negatives are the early checkout time of 10am and the bar prices."
