Its with heavy heart, at times you leave reviews that are harsh , but you hope balanced. The hotel is very pretty and in a nice settings. Checking in very fast and efficient with good service. The room was very nice and bathroom clean. We used the bar, which was okay. The only issue was the bed and the pillows . This is a matter of choice, however very uncomfortable. The price I had was very good that made the issue less of an issue.

The room on the 5th floor was clean and comfortable. The heating/cooling system was not working in the room and there was a portable dehumidifier with a fan that moved the air around. It was pretty warm but tolerable. The next night it was cooler outside and our room was more comfortable.

Our stay was short but very good except for when we went for dinner and breakfast, the air conditioning was on full force which made it very cold to sit and enjoy your meal. We did mention to the staff and so did many other people so hopefully they got someone in to correct the problem
