"What an extraordinary property. This beautiful and ancient stone house in the mountains is brimming with character. The rooms are beautiful and quirky in the very best of ways.
The views are dramatic and exquisite. The owners are lovely people and made us very welcome.
Breakfast was a feast of lovely pastries, bread, preserves and muesli type cereals.

Unfortunately upon check out my bank card did not work in their card reader. They said the payment was declined. I did make alternatives but later when I contacted my financial institution, they informed me it was the card reader at the hotel that was not working. This was unfortunate. "Was an absolutely amazing hotel! Such historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The AC in this hotel was the best AC I’ve experienced in Europe! Such a great location in the center of town. Short walk to the harbor, the train station, and all the town sights. Great restaurants and patios all around. It’s a €75 taxi or uber from the airport to this hotel, but there is a bus that will take you and drop you off a short distance to the hotel for €10 cash only.
