"The sheets were clean, however the floors looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly swept and mopped. Booked for 3 night stay over the weekend, on our 3rd day (Sunday) we left out of the room around 230p and didn’t get back until later that night to find out that staff had gone into our room without notice and painted. Room service is only upon request but on a Sunday they painted. The staff was nice enough to move us to a different room but the paint odor was still noticeable in the other room that was booked down from the first room. It’s typically a nice stay there and very reasonably priced."

"Overall the resort and amenities are top notch. My 3 rating is due to the lack of housekeeping services. We stayed for 5 nights and never had any housekeeping. I learned you you need request services, which I did on our 3rd day. When we returned to the room later that day we found a complete set of towels on the counter, but garbage wasn't taken, the bed wasn't made, the coffee bar wasn't refreshed, the dirty towels weren't taken, and the lock was flipped to keep our door open. I called and was told I would get full services the next day; when we left for the day we saw the housekeeping cart in our hallway, and I stopped at the front desk to verify we were on the list. When we returned that afternoon, no services had been done. That evening we stopped at the front desk again. I explained my situation and the staff member called a manager. Management explained they don't have enough housekeeping staff to service guestrooms and clean the rooms that check out each day. We agreed there was clearly a lack of communication between what our expectations were and what the hotel was able to provide. They offered to provide full service the next day, but understanding their situation we declined since we would be leaving the following day. If this had been communicated to us when checking in, we would have had appropriate expectations and avoided the frustration. We will definitely return to Biloxi and will likely stay at Hard Rock - excellent location and amenities!"

"Everything went just fine. Nice place, clean and furnished very well. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets and plenty of pillows. Driveway has a loop and freshly paved. Boat ramp is 100 yards away. There is a new boat house with garage doors. Plenty of lighting and plugs to charge your batteries. Highly recommend this place. "
