"Beautiful and quiet. The chef is amazing and our dinner was delicious. The manager/waiter was not so pleasant. I think it may have been a language barrier issue as we don’t speak Italian and he doesn’t speak English and he didn’t have much patience for translating. We also found the men who checked us in were not very welcoming. For such a beautiful hotel the front desk people should be much more welcoming. "We had a great stay! The host was very responsive when communicating and helped us ensure the infant crib was available for us to use. Breakfast was a big plus, and the parking was right next to it. It was easy to take the bus into Bari as it stopped right across the street. "
