There is so much nature to absorb, and we relaxed watching buzzards and eagles glide across the sky. We advise hiring a car as this really opens up the island. Es Mercadal, the local town, is enchanting and lively with lots of great places to eat. "This is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within easy reach. Good restaurants, a small, but well stocked, supermarket and a lovely beach are all within a 5 - 10 minute walk away. The villa is very clean and extremely well equipped (we counted 5 corkscrews!!) and located in a residential area which is wonderfully peaceful.
