"The villa was very spacious and clean. Close to local amenities and Paupa restaurant on the marina front which was excellent. The staff at the restaurant were so helpful and polite we returned 3 times.The communication with the owners was brilliant so quick and never a question left unanswered.I would definitely recommend and stay again, we even got to see the tortoise while we were around the pool. Great memories created. I think a welcomeHamper would be a good idea so when you arrive you have the basics milk, bread and water etc just to make the arrival easier."

"A great, well-appointed villa with plenty of space. The newly upgraded pool looks fantastic. This was our first time staying at this end of Binibeca, and we really enjoyed exploring this side of the village — the restaurants and beach were just a short five-minute walk away. The area was very peaceful, and although we didn’t need any assistance, the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming."

"Don’t hesitate - the great reviews are accurate. This is an amazing villa. Rosalia and Alex are fabulous hosts, who were really communicate before and during our stay. The location is perfect - excellent sea views, close to the beach and some great restaurants (6 minute walk.) Don’t miss the local bakery, a fab spot for lunch!We enjoyed every minute and will definitely return in the future. We can’t wait"

"The villa is exactly as advertised. It's spacious, ideal for large families or families with different 'rhythms'. It's literally a 3-minute walk to our absolute favourite beach of Binibeca which for us was very important. THere's a small supermarket with a bakery also at walking distance. The villa has airco in all of the rooms and a nice swimming pool. Alex (our contact) was very helpful in any requests we had. We loved it."

"Absolutely lovely stay. Less than 5 minutes walk to shops/restaurants/bars and 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach.The pool at the villa was amazing - long enough to actually swim in.Villa itself was very quiet, well furnished and definitely suited our needs."

"This was a really nice property in a good location within a 10 minute walk to the beach and local supermarket and restaurant and about a 45 minute walk to Binibeca Vell. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better to make it a 5 star review such as the kitchen equipment making it a little difficult to cook at the villa and also the sun loungers were very tired and uncomfortable. Having said that, the host was absolutely amazing and brought over some cushion covers within a day of mentioning it to them. Overall it was really good with a couple of minor improvements here and there. "

"A wonderful menorcan house! We have returned after spending 2 weeks in this fabulous house in a beautiful part of Menorca. Difficult to say what we enjoyed the most about it as the whole package- location, pool, beds, kitchen, roof terrace, outdoor cooking area, bathrooms- ideal for our needs. Would highly recommend and would return at the drop of a hat."
