"A great, well-appointed villa with plenty of space. The newly upgraded pool looks fantastic. This was our first time staying at this end of Binibeca, and we really enjoyed exploring this side of the village — the restaurants and beach were just a short five-minute walk away. The area was very peaceful, and although we didn’t need any assistance, the hosts were very hospitable and welcoming."

The location is perfect - excellent sea views, close to the beach and some great restaurants (6 minute walk.) "This was a really nice property in a good location within a 10 minute walk to the beach and local supermarket and restaurant and about a 45 minute walk to Binibeca Vell. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better to make it a 5 star review such as the kitchen equipment making it a little difficult to cook at the villa and also the sun loungers were very tired and uncomfortable. Having said that, the host was absolutely amazing and brought over some cushion covers within a day of mentioning it to them. Overall it was really good with a couple of minor improvements here and there. "

"Great villa, good communication through the booking and check in process. Villa has everything you need for a great holiday, clean, tidy and well equipped. Outside space was cracking, roof terrace sundowners a must! "

"We have now been coming to Binibeca for about 20yrs, and have stayed in a lot of different villas!Whilst I agree with other reviews which describe the villa as tired, it is perfectly acceptable and we had a great time.The location is perfect, roughly half way between restaurants in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell, which is a nice walk after dinner!! The beach is also about a 10 minute walk and will be great when the beach bar reopens!!Air con in the rooms was perfect, and beds were comfortable (newer foam type mattresses). There are 2 separate bathrooms, but neither are en suite if that bothers you.The eating area outside was brilliant, with a view of the sea, and shade during the day. The only points I would raise would be:- Some of the tiling in / around the pool is lifting and you can cut feet if not careful. The pool is also only about chest high deep on an adult.- General update of white goods would be nice but not essential- We ate in a few times and would have been nice to have better cookware / serving options, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby so this is purely a personal view.Overall I would happily go back, and consider it to be good value."
