Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "This is one of Hoposa's many premium hotels but it feels like a budget friendly version of it. It's newly opened and decent but for the cost I would have expected more. The rooms while small were ok, as the beds and pillows were excellent. The breakfast was ok, but had to ask for things to be replenished a few times as it's not that well monitored. It's a great location to the beach, but a fair 20mins from the main port area. One massive thing that could be done to improve this hotel and make it feel a bit more special is putting up some privacy around the pool and outdoor lounge area at the front. Because it is between 2 roads it's not inviting - whereas some tall trees or a tall fence would add a feeling of privacy that would have made us use the pool or front chairs and tables by the cafe bar far more often."
