"The room was very clean, staff very very friendly and genuinely willing to make our stay the best possible. We especially enjoyed having a small complimentary treat or a glass on wine when back from beaches. Will definitely recommend."

"Excellent for a short break …nothing around the hotel except one restaurant by the beach but the hotel itself is great , staff so friendly and helpful , lovely food , pool area great and loads of sunbeds . Would definitely come again and recommend to others."

"The location and views were amazing. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. We had one of the best meals of our trip at the restaurant there. My only complaint was with the woman who gave us our room key, she was very impatient and not in a good mood at all."

"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and not hot. Overall 9/10 for the most amazing location and views. Hotel just needs to work on a few little elements to be perfect."

"Staff on the reception was really friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with balcony. Bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean with some toiletries. I had half board and the food was delicious with multiple options. :) There is parking for the car. Really close to Binibeca and Bucaneros"

"Pool is across the road but nice and relaxed. Staff were helpful, and answered all questions. Free shuttle to Punta Prima is worth using as well as the paid shuttle to Mahon. Private pool was not cleaned as much as we needed and our room smelt of mould/damp when the air con was off. Some facilities such as the shower, could do with updating."

"Great check-in, smooth, friendly and sharp. The hotel complex was clean and well maintained. There is a small supermarket on site which has most of the things you would need. Lots of families and kids, all well behaved! So it felt a nice atmosphere. Beautiful beach nearby approx 5 min walk with a couple of restaurants at either end of the beach. Apartment itself was nice and AC cooled, pre-equipped with pots and utensils, a dual hob, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer. The only issue was no oven, but the rest was adequate. Overall, we will be back!"
