"Insgesamt zufriedenstellend, aber mit nicht unerheblichen Abstrichen.
Folgende Mängel waren uns aufgefallen:
In einem Bad erheblicher Muffelgeruch durch defekten Duschabfluss. Hätte dem Vermieter unbedingt auffallen müssen. Kann man so nicht vermieten!!
Klimaanlage zu Beginn nicht funktionstfähig, Batterie leer und Sicherung nicht eingeschaltet. Erst nach Rücksprache mit Vermieter und Anschlus Fernbedienung an Stromanschluss fuktionsfähig.
Eine Herdplatte in der Küche ohne Funktion.
