The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."

"The hotel room was a bit dated, but it's value for money. The breakfast was a surprise. It served a variety of food and there were some changes every day. For housekeeping, you needed to ask the reception to arrange every day. When I checked in at the hotel, the hotel asked for our payment of RM3 city tax and RM10 tourist tax per room per night. Despite Expedia's confirmation email has written that Expedia would pay that tourist tax, the hotel insisted that we needed to pay both taxes unless we had the payment receipt."
