"Best hotel to stay in Chandigarh. Wonderful location within famous Sector 17 and walking distance to Zakir Rose Garden. Food is excellent and staff is very helpful."

"Wifi ok. Location perfect. Shower very good. Bed comfortable. Breakfast is a joke however, 2 tiny eggs with a few toasts with ZERO thing on them, zero butter zero jam. I paid an extra 8cad for the breakfast but this was NOT worth AT ALL. Front staff is very helpful, ONLY the day staff. Night front staff very bad and trying to steal you (tried to charge me 1000inr for an airport ride, but I just walked outside to ISBT and a rickshaw asked me 500 for the same ride), very unacceptable. Can be a little noisy at night, with many MANY dogs barking ALL night long. Also the next door room left their TV on all night, I couldn't sleep I had to call the reception twice. I don't think I would stay there again."

"At midnight when we reach the Hotel, the Hotel denied us to give the room stating all rooms are full, they moved us to another Hotel which was more terrible after a wait of more than hour, we finally got checked in around 2AM in the night with family, this was most horrible experience"

Despite my Expedia confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included, the front desk informed me otherwise and I was forced to pay extra. The room itself was far from clean—there were visible stains on the sheets and curtains, and the towels provided looked used and unwashed. The walls had noticeable dirt marks, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. This was not the quality I expected, especially given what was promised in the booking. "
