"Location is great. Staff were great! It is an Apart hotel, had no silverware, no glasses, no microwave, no plate. The shampoo was a very small shampoo for the day for 1 person. Towels were very used and hard( even though it was clean) . A bit expensive for what is offered. The positive is: safe location, close to the mall . "

"The hotel was okay, but I did not feel the photos were an accurate depiction of the condition of the rooms and amenities. We purchased the luxury triple and were surprised that it was very basic and small for 3 people to share. The balcony looked out on the parking lot. The outdoor seating area is also adjacent to the parking lot making it not very scenic. The pictures make it seem like it’s a brighter place and like the pool is more central but it’s tucked away behind the parking lot. On a positive note, the staff was helpful and friendly and the heated pool was nice for some of the cloudy days we were there. There was a good breakfast offered. "

"Service was a little stiff upin arrival and we were charged twice for our drinks. Issue was easily resolved in the morning tho. Room was well decorated and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.Would return if needed."
