You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy/peaceful condo that’s centrally-located & only minutes to many attractions.

Our unit is convenient and just a short distance away to many common and/or frequented places such as: UAB, Downtown/Uptown, Protective Stadium, Samford University, I-65, Highway 31, Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Galleria Mall, Upper Deck (billards), Sammy's Adult Entertainment, Hoover Met, various Restaurants and Shopping.

Our Space:
This is a (1) bedroom and (1) bath unit that features a queen size bed.

The living room has a full-size futon that can be adjusted (let down/out) for sleeping purposes.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

There is also a seating area at the kitchen table for (2). A variety of cooking utensils are provided.

Our unit is located upstairs.

Absolutely no smoking - or- vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot area away from the building.
No parties/events. No grills/grilling is allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors. No pets are allowed inside condo.
No unregistered guests and/or visitors are permitted unless prior approval is received. No eating and/or drinking in the bedroom.
