Great location close to interstate & new music venue. Wonderful service- very friendly. Room was very clean but a bit dated (carpet) and slight musty smell (I think because it’s been very hot and a/c was on outside window). Breakfast is good- (no meats) did have eggs, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juice and coffee. The courtyard area is so beautiful! Overall great for $ and convenience!

Disappointed & Disappointed About It

I really wanted to like this place because the staff is great, the location is super convenient, and you can tell they’ve really taken care of the property (the room was clearly updated/renovated, clean, nicely laid out, they did the best they could for breakfast with a low budget, etc.). Unfortunately, the room smelled musty/mildewy right away upon entering, but was thankfully mild enough that we got used to it quickly. Also, the pillows & sheets were a bit itchy (not bad enough that I couldn’t sleep, but enough that I was uncomfortable). Between the musty smell & itchy bed, I just can’t bring myself to stay again despite all the good things about this place. I’ll pay the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

All was fine for our brief stay. Our neighbors were loud early in the morning. They all had clothes drying outside as if they were long time stays. I would have preferred a quieter part of the motel.

Room was not as advertised. Pillows/linens and towels had stains on them. Room smelled terrible like mildew and I had to check out the next morning.

Convenient but needing better accommodations

We had booked from an online service website and we had requested for a non-smoking room. Our room's odor was unpleasant and very dissatisfied of the comfort of our bed. It seemed as though at the break of daylight, the sounds coming from the cart was bothersome and really could have waited until at least 8am. We had left Jacksonville, Florida because my Fiancé was seen at The Mayo Clinic and had driven for some time and all we needed was a night of rest. The lady working the desk was very professional and made our check-in pleasant.

Beware: Very Thin Walls

We checked in at 10pm. At 4am the next morning, the person in the room next door turned on their TV. Probably normal volume for them, but we could hear every word as if it were own TV and it made it impossible to sleep. After trying to wait it out for 45 minutes, we saw no choice but to get on the road at 5:30am. Staff was apologetic but this is a much cheaper, less nice hotel than reviews indicate.

NASTY!!!!

First room had a dried bug on the sheet I thought it was a fly. I found out that was a dried bedbug, because there was a big skittering bedbug in the next room they assigned to me. I squashed it and there was a bloom of bright red blood.YUUUUCCCKKKK!!! Please remove this facility from your stable of hotel choices!!!!!

Completely renovated! Extremely clean and friendliest service! The hotel was close to the interstate and had lots of places to shop and eat. Breakfast even offered some hot options.
