Would not stay there again.

The room didn't have any trash cans, one of the 2 towels had holes and the info card said there is a fee to exchange towels, there were no cups in the bathroom, only one small bar of soap and there was no shampoo. Every hotel I have ever stayed in had trash cans, decent towels, cups, shampoo, shower soap and other amenities.

When checking in, the staff was polite and professional. Once we got to the room things were not as good. For a "pet friendly" hotel this location was not what I had expected. The room was filthy with someone's hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the kitchen floor, unknown substances on the walls and ceilings, cabinets falling apart. Everything felt grimy. There were no amenities for my dogs, which I had thought would be offered considering it is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. As for the "certified smoke free environment," that was also not true. I called the office to ask about the faint cigarette smell and was offered some type of febreeze spray. When checking out the following morning I saw someone in the room next to mine blowing cigarette smoke out of the bedroom window. This was our only choice for a pet friendly, non-smoking hotel; for the one day we needed a place to stay. I really hope they fix these issues because this could be a decent hotel with some work and care.

Almost perfect

All in all, this level of “barely clean” seems to be the standard of most hotels I get on hotels.com unfortunately. I always have to clean before taking my things into a room. First, there’s carpet in the room. Anyone with common sense knows that public carpets are NEVER clean! Yet, I couldn’t understand why the kitchen and bathroom floors were black nasty! The photos below exhibit how I took a dingy bathroom towel and cleaned both floors. The fridge had stains as well as the stove. So, 3 bath towels, 1 complete container of disinfectant wipes, and 2.5 hrs later, I was able to bring in my belongings and finally get comfortable around 11 pm after a 10 hour drive. Then to too it all off, I was placed on the third floor and there is NO elevator!! Sucks that I’d broken my toe two days before and had to drag 9 bags up the stairs! The staff were beyond kind and professional! It just seems that this hotel could be so much more if it were cleaner. They should DEFINITELY explore hiring more cleaning staff. This was the only real complaint I had. It was quiet, located in a beautiful area that had lots of shopping and restaurants close by. If the room was cleaner, this would be a perfect place to stay!

Hotel advertises a pool and included breakfast. They do not have a pool and do not provide any breakfast. Dozens of reviews say the same thing, which the management addresses with an apology, but they never adjust the property description to be an accurate description of the actual property. So basically they trick people with bait and switch to get business they don’t deserve. Bad experience.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in no breakfast people parking in handicapped without handicapped tag's or window placards it's a extended stay with a kitchen why would I have to pay extra to use the pots and pans and eating utensils the staff was useless couldn't even spark English it also had a pullout couch good luck trying to get sheets, pillows or blankets for your guest I even booked the room for 4 adults guest and let's not even talk about the drug addicts that sit in their cars all night long with their cars running outside of your air conditioner and the ac smells like car exhaust all night I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs complete renovation. Sinks are old curtain rods are rusted, refrigerator is rusted etc. they can do better.

The property needs a total renovation. Old and run down. As an extended stay with kitchenette, no kitchen utensils were provided at all. Towels and wash clothes old and dingy. Owners really need to start renovating this property immediately!
