You'll have full use of the entire self-contained studio apartment and you will not be sharing with anyone.
Other things to note
1~) The washing machine and dryer are shared with other residents in the building. They are both located in the communal laundry room.
2~) Your studio room is located on the second floor. So, you must climb two flights of stairs to access your studio.
