The staff was nice. The hotel was quiet despite being sold out for a football game and a music festival. The room was clean. Only complaint was the shower heads definitely need to be deep cleaned.

For the cost as a whole this is a sufficient stay. It's clear this hotel is "cutting costs" in areas they deem non essential. The website promises a continental breakfast. That is not the case. Literally all they had out this morning were 2-3 muffins, 1 -slice of bread and 1-2 pieces of starch. Honestly it's frustrating they advertise this and don't honor it. False advertising technically. Hotel was clean.

It was ok once I got settled I slept peacefully but I had to switch rooms because the dryer broke then my second room phone didn’t work but the staff helped where they could. And it has a smell like a food smell lingering thru the halls

Room was clean. Bed was just ok. Bath and toilet clean. Enjoyed the one night stay for local business trip. Breakfast was less than desirable but it was what it was advertised. Would stay again.

The lobby and our room look and smell clean. Very nice property and staff. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is continental, so not a lot of choices as expected. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a lot of good places to eat at. Order from Pho Pho Asian, amazing food! Overall, great property. I will highly recommend.

I had a reservation at another hotel - which no one had mentioned was closed at the time of booking. Birmingham was sold out for the weekend and this was the only hotel available. Took a few minutes for the gentleman at the front desk to acknowledge us, he was doing something on the computer. The hotel is an old property, room was musty smelling. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than ideal. Good for an overnight stay.

Very nice staff who were very accommodating, friendly and patient. However the reason for the low score is that several of the bathtub floors were dirty, stained. I would recommend for cleaning staff to clean bathtubs with bleach powder. Also, the desks were dusty and may be because many of the rooms sit unused for a while due to the location.
