Parking - Our property is situated on a bustling street in downtown Birmingham, where metered parking (8am - 6pm, with 2-hr limit) is available on the street or in a nearby paid lot. Please note that the building does not offer on-site parking.

The property is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home..

Tampering with property smoke detectors, exterior doorbell, noise detector - $350 (will be removed from property without refund)

This is in line with rental regulations and is facilitated through our trusted third-party app, Superhog. The process is quick and easy! Superhog will reach out to you via email or text, offering you a choice between a security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This helps protect both you as our valued guest and us as your host. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival.
