We liked everything about our stay and the breakfast was excellent.
Absolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details.
Tucked away in Seisdon, this beautiful bed and breakfast is worth searching out and making a detour in your journey. Full of charm and character. Friendly hosts and a great nights sleep.
Jackie and Rob clearly pride themselves in offering a B&B experience that they would like to have themselves. They have thought of everything, and include lovely little touches in the room. Thank you for an amazing stay.
It was a wonderful find. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast and nibbles provided (including marmalade cake) were great and the welcome from the hosts was lovely. Very happy to recommend .
From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Definitely home away from home.
The owners were a pleasure and very easy to chat with.
The decoration was fresh, warm and inviting and the whole place felt homely and clean.
Breakfast was tastey and and cooked to perfection.
100% would and hopefully will stay again.
I booked the stay at White Cottage for my wife, Anne, as she was visiting from Australia and needed a location close to her family in Wombourne.
She was delighted with the friendliness of Jackie & Rob who made her feel completely "at home". The room had everything that she needed and the breakfasts were superb. The added extras were very much appreciated too.
Hopefully, we can both stay there next year when we are back in the UK.
Anne highly recommends White Cottage for a stay in the Midlands.
In a quiet street with parking outside.room is lovely with lits of personal touches including a small bottle of wine, homemade cake. Easy drive into Wolverhampton and close to connecting roads to the rest of the Midlands. Breakfast is outstanding and very generous in size. There is something for everyone. Decent Italian coffee, as well. Owners are very friendly and immediately make you feel at home.I highly recommend this b and b
We had been to visit David Austin Roses and White Cottage was in a reasonable distance from there - we did not want to travel back to Nottingham on the same day.
We were made most welcome by Rob. The room was well presented and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom was sparkling! We were provided with tea/coffee facilities, milk and wine. We were also give two pieces of the most delicious cake! Breakfast was wonderful and again, beautifully presented, with lots of choice.
Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and Jackie. They are excellent hosts and clearly know their business.
The White Cottage is a little gem!
The White House was easy to find, with parking outside. Our hosts were lovely, genial and very welcoming.
Our ensuite room was warm, comfortable and homely. The complimentary welcome tray was the best I've ever seen with lovely homemade cake (huge slices!) 2 small bottles of wine and 2 bottles of water.
The beds were in the firm category which suited my husband more than me. Our room was at the back of the house and was very peaceful at night time and the village seemed quiet the next morning.
We chose the White Cottage due to it's ease and proximity to The Halls in Wolverhampton. The journey was around 15 minutes.
Would we go back? Yes we would.
Warm welcome, clean comfortable room and probably the best breakfast you could possibly get and real value for money.
So pleased that we chose to stay there,
What a lovely stay! Jackie & Rob were such friendly and attentive hosts - nothing was too much for them. The room was spotless and soooo cosy! I had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely and I had a yummy home made scone waiting for me on arrival. I really did not want to leave and would absolutely stay here again. One of the best hotel/b&b stays I have had - Jackie and Rob really are doing an amazing job! Thank you :)
We Booked both rooms for one night. The rooms are both large and well appointed with shed loads of charm. The Shower is hot and powerful with a nice selection of soaps etc. There was also a vast range of Teas and Coffees both in the rooms and in the hall way. We honestly cant thank our hosts enough from the brilliant breakfast with homemade jams, to the getting both rooms ready for our arrive in record time. We will 100% look to visit again.
