"76MAIN" - Birregurra

A well appointed 2 bedroom, one queen one double bed, (extra fold-up single bed with linen supplied on request) cottage, fully fenced with large decking area, BBQ, large outside enclosed kennel (if needed), large covered car park for 2 vehicles. Compact and stylish, open plan living area. Includes reverse cycle air conditioning, washing machine & dryer, flat screen TV and surround system, well equipped kitchen, electric blankets, outdoor furniture, private setting. Adjoining 2 acre private parkland accessible, please ask, as we have 2 dogs.

We request a two night minimum stay.
Using two bedrooms incurs an extra cost per night see "Pricing".

Pets have access to house with closable large doggy door, medium sized internal heated dog bed provided and trampoline bed (please bring your “dog familiar” bedding and toys), if pets share your bed we request you provide your own linen.

Two minute walk to shops, hotel, restaurants, speciality shops, and local park.
Birregurra Community Health Centre and Pharmacy.

My mum & I loved our stay. It’s a really comfortable and clean property with lovely homely touches. We both commented how comfortable the beds were. The garden was lovely and although we didn’t have a dog we said it would be the perfect property to bring one. Lovely town too with a couple of great coffee shops within working distance.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Many extras were included and there was great attention to detail to make our stay more enjoyable.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The property met all our needs and more! Birregurra itself is quiet but the few shops and the Royal Mail Hotel were in walking distance. The town was also ideally placed for a number of day trips. A wonderful break overall!

Our friends and I were here for a wedding and had the most beautiful stay in this home which was in walking distance to everything in Birregurra. So well kept and cozy and loved the vibe of the area as well. Couldn’t recommend enough. We will be back again soon

Beautiful spot to getaway. The gorgeous property has everything you need and is especially accommodating of furry friends. Very easy and pleasant to communicate with the owners, who added lots of lovely touches like a big fresh fruit bowl on arrival.

We spent a lovely weekend in this Birregurra property. Communications were clear and thoughtful. The beds and longe area were comfortable. We had some difficulty operating the split system when the weather turned cool. Some images to indicate which mode operates which function would be helpful. The generous bowl of fruit was very welcome.

We loved staying at 76Main - have been wanting to stay for sooo long now and finally managed to find a few days to escape Cannot fault the lovely property with serene outlook over the gardens Tony and Graeme were amazing hosts and we will be back again (and again) with our 3 fur kids - they carried on as if it was their own home! ☺️ Thanks T & G
