"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "A great hotel away from the bustle of other areas but great for ferry travel and boat trips, including some of the best spots for snorkelling. The food was good, staff were very helpful with everything we asked. The hotel has a number of bars you can flick through with the various happy hours which is great. The private beach and snorkelling/swimming area is great!"

"We had an amazing week’s stay in Hotel Valentina. Everything from the lobby to the bathrooms were immaculate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only small thing I would have changed was longer opening hours of the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame it closed at 6pm though this may reflect the off-season visit being that it was October. All-in-all an overwhelmingly positive experience. We had breakfast one of the mornings and there was plenty of variety from continental to cooked breakfast. Thank you Hotel Valentina for our amazing stay! Highly recommend to others visiting"

"We came in October for family trip. Initial impression this is a very nice hotel. Brand new, only been open 6 to 8 weeks. Staff very friendly, attentive, and always responsive to your needs. Nothing can be too much.special mention to Vikash, Sulaman, Zeek and all the staff. There are 2 main pools. The large one is not heated, but the small one, which is still a decent size, is heated very well. Loungers and towels not an issue. There are several restaurants on site. The top floor restaurant is Greek in rooftop. The ground restaurant is more cafe American. Because it's on top of a mall, there are several restaurants affiliated with the hotel, but you pay the restaurants directly, offering Chinese, Turkish, Asian, Italian, Indian, and Spanish. Breakfast is superb. Too much choice including made to order eggs, sushi and coffee bar. The location is at St George's Beach at St Julian's. Location is excellent. We went around Malta on lots of excursions. Concierge team is excellent for suggesting trips and booking everything, all very reasonably priced compared to outside providers. We went to Blue Lagoon,, Gozo, mdina, valletta to name a few. Bolt / Uber very cheap to navigate round the island so I wouldn’t bother with a car. Overall very happy with our silver suite and double room"

"Fantastic location. Walked from the hotel to Valletta. Hotel staff were amazing and helped us organise tours, taxis etc. Everything we needed. The evening reception they invited us to was lovely and it was great to meet the staff team in a relaxed environment. We’ll definitely be going back to the Marriott and Malta. So much more to see and do. 😎"

"The room was clean and comfortable and was serviced every day. The staff were courteous and friendly and helpful in all enquiries, resolving all issues to satisfaction. Breakfast was varied and very good though it is quite busy. The balcony was very welcome as it was still very warm in October. All is all, a very pleasant stay and will probably return again as teh amenities around the hotel are excellent"
