"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. "This was my second time to Penrhos and this is rapidly becoming one of my favourite places to stay. The level of finish in the accommodation is exceptional and the attention to detail such as board games, items in the kitchen and basic supplies such as milk and butter are lovely touches. "Absolutely faultless. We went as a group of friends to spend a long weekend away and we couldn't have stayed in a more perfect and serene lodge. We were fully equipped with everything we needed. Charlie, the host, paid us a visit to introduce herself on the Saturday and was really friendly. The hot tub was the absolute highlight. Overall, the perfect stay for a group of friends looking for a getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed and would 100% consider coming back"

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas.
