"Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation."

"Excellent location right in the city centre. I traveled solo for business and a bit of sight-seeing. Close to shopping/restaurants (Gunwharf Quay) and historical attractions. You get what you pay for - it's in an old building with poor ventilation. A few 'old building' smells and humidity lingers in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, all linens and towels clean and fresh. All staff were extremely pleasant easy to interact with. Nice breakfast at Keppel's Head was included."
