"I couldn't get in to the property. I arrived at around 7pm and put the code into the door lock and turned the handle only to find that the door was also locked with another lock I phoned the contact number on the booking confirmation only to find it was an office and nobody was there, so I left a message, I never had a reply. I rang Hotels.com, who were very helpful. But they were unable to get me a refund. I had not read the reviews for the place, but I sugest that if you want to make booking...

"A really nice B&B, great location, only 15 mins walk into town and the station. The room was a great size for a small double (I think thats what I booked!), very clean, local info folder. The breakfast was superb, cooked fresh by lovely staff/owner. Was an absolute pleasure and I hope I get to stay again :)"
