"Some of the recent reviews about dirty rooms, cold showers and pool issues had me concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the a/c worked well without being obnoxiously loud like some places I’ve stayed. The shower water was plenty warm and stayed that way for everyone’s shower. The pool doesn’t have the slide any longer, but I had read that on another review and expected as much. The temp of the pool was fine and my kids enjoyed it. I was bummed that the hot tub was having issues and this blocked off, but that happens and was only a slight inconvenience. The staff at the front desk were very nice and attentive and the hallways seemed pretty clean to me. Overall it was perfect for our 1 night stay and all the concerns that I had from recent reviews were non-issues. "

"They say they are upgrading to a new brand: I'm guessing I was in one of the already improved rooms because it felt new, but the doors are thin: you could hear and understand people talking normally in the hallway. Extremely helpful staff, good breakfast, quiet A/C good location for the price: very, very pleasant experience all around. "
