"The hot tub timer knob was broken and very hard to turn on with rusty pliers. and the floor around the pool was very slippery. I saw 4 other quests and myself slip on the wet floor."

"Young man at the front desk found a room for a little bit earlier check-in which was appreciated. Our room (one queen bed) was small compared to other hotels but was ok as we only used the room to mainly sleep. WIFI was good. Stayed two nights and while the room was not cleaned, we did not expect it to be either and are ok with that for a short stay. Breakfast had a couple of hot items along with the normal cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, yogurt, etc so enough to fill you up."

"The property is older, but clean. Staff was nice and easy to work with. Close to many restaurants and the mall. We would stay there again. "

"The room was clean and well cared for. The beds were very comfortable. When checking in we were given option of being close to the lounge or farther away which was excellent service. The only thing that really could be improved was the towels. Very thin and small. Seemed a bit cheap. Other than that the room was well cared for and very comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus and well managed. The pool area was also very lean and good sized."

"Well we were upgraded to a better room #333.... 3 tv's would not turn on, at all. So we were switched to another #230. Okay no problems, understanding lady at front desk, came to our aid, but couldnt get any tv to turn on."
