"There is nothing to fault at this property. Everything you need for your stay has been thought of. The studio is spotless with good quality furniture and bed linen. Great communication with the host Roz who was very accommodating and friendly. We had a relaxing and happy stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property to anyone. We hours to revisit soon. "

"We only booked for 3 nights, but we had a great time. It's in a great location, with surprisingly lovely views. The location is superb. We liked the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for drinks and snacks. The flat is nicely presented and clean, and has enough facilities for you to stay in for home-cooked meals or to watch TV. The host is pleasant."

"Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"Lovely well-kept apartment in a central location. Easy to locate. Both paid and free parking available nearby. The small welcome hamper was a nice touch. However the flat doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also the sofa bed mattress a bit worn out as we could feel the springs! "

"Just returned after a weeks stay had a fantastic holiday,The apartment is in a great location for the beach and the ferry also very comfortable and well equipped could not want for anything, Steve the property manager was very helpful and informative. The only negative is the garden it’s in some desperate need of TLC it’s very tired and with some loose decking and coping stones on the wall needs attention ASAP the photos of the garden are out of date.The plus point is the garden furniture is...

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"Recommended! Puffin cottage is a spacious, relaxing upstairs of a large home. It has a separate entrance to the downstairs. There's a little garden, and a car parking space, and a nearby beach (7 min walk). The beds were comfy, and the flat has an attractive coastal themed decor. For those with young children, it has an impressive toy collection, alongside books for children and adults. It has a well stocked kitchen, with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, olive oil, soap, dishwashing liquid,...

"We had a lovely stay, the apartment was nice the only problem we had was we had not realised about the outside steps, and it was interesting getting our luggage up them. The host left a welcome package which was a lovely touch"
