"I paid for the whole place yet when I arrived, Maria argued with me that I had not, for an hour. Her argument was that I had less people than 10 so I didnt need all bedrooms. That was not an option on VRBO website. Finally she accepted that our cleaning fee was paid and opened up the annexe. It was a needless hour wasted and left us all feeling a little shaken.
