The castle is generally a little rundown (but nothing that ruins the grandeur of this once stately home)

We did have breakfast and it was excellent, with everything you may need to start the day with a full stomach - we took her out to sit in the gardens.
There was a lovely free feeling to being able to roam the property and gardens.

"Stay was magnificent! Beautiful airy and bright home with view to the sea! It would be nice to know in advance that we had to pay for the electricity we used during our stay and that linen and towels were not provided (eventually the owner provided them for an additional DKK 600). Instructions on how to use washer would also be appreciated."
