"Water park was a big hit for our youngest family members! Our air conditioner made loud clicking sounds during the night-we called the front desk on Saturday morning to let them know about this and they said it would not be fixed on Monday and definitely not Sunday. We left Tuesday and the air conditioner was still not fixed and would randomly make clicking sounds. Breakfast attendants were helpful and kept the food well stocked."

"The front desk personnel were less that welcoming. The first impression of the hotel was the front desk and while they were helpful, they didn't smile or they certainly didn't act welcoming. In the morning the person there at the desk had the same attitude... a different person. We felt like we were bothering both of the ladies that were at the desk, and it wasn't busy. We used to do a lot of business in Green Bay and stayed here each time. We were always made to feel so welcome. We've just begun coming to Green Bay again and decided to see how things were at the place we enjoyed so much. While the hotel was clean and comfortable... It was far from welcoming. It didn't really affect out stay. We didn't feel any sense of connection to come back."
