"The staff was friendly. However, when we first entered the room, it smelled musty and a little like mold. The front desk clerk was notified. He did not offer any assistance or remedy. He simply states that he would inform engineering the next day. After expressing my disappointment, I was offered a can of room spray to cover the musty room odor. Thankfully we were checking out the next morning. Or stay consisted of 11 hours. Disappointed."

"Always nice to stay at The Bay Motel! Rooms area always super clean! And they've done some nice updates to accommodate the needs of today's traveler in the way of more electrical outlets, while maintaining the welcoming feeling of The Bay! The restaurant is consistently good! The Bay is our go-to place to stay when we visit Green Bay and has been for many years! Love love love The Bay Motel!!!"

"The Lodge Kohler is an absolutely beautiful hotel property. The rooms & amenities were top notch. The hotel bar was very posh with a great wine selection and cocktails. We can’t wait to return when we have more time!"

"rm very clean* rm coffee = POOR* microwave turn table didn't work rm 114- light around mirror - POOR* STAFF* Asmit -EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT, others fair @ the BEST, = sitting in back area = NOT acknowledging = people when walk up - certain ones I would FIRE*- Breakfast - OK stayed 5 days - eggs fair- scrambled = MUCH BETTER juices - EXCELLENT -Coffee very week - need more supervision on maintenace of food area , POOL AREA EXCELLENT- LARGEST WE EVER SEEN = walked off 90x150 ft maintenance of building many DOORS need to be replaced/repainted -Many screens need replacement HOT tub seemed fair - didn't work when I went in it."
