The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. The backyard is also connected to a very busy street, so some safety concerns there without a fence for kids and pets.Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with the other tenants, but it didn't feel...
