Everything worked well, from the coffee maker to the washing machine. The shower is great with good water pressure, and the 2 beds were very comfortable. "I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. The property had been rented, possibly under a different company. I am not sure. We were left to find accomodations at 1 AM. The property was right by the family's house we were visiting so...

"Very comfortable 3 night stay. Great location! Did some fishing off the boat dock. Has everything you need. Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. Will stay there again!"

"Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. There was no wash clothes for people to take showers so we had to go buy some. Host never offered a discount for the inconveniences."
