"Drove down with my dogs for a race at Miller Knox park. Friendly staff. I loved how close food and groceries were. I do not expect fancy at Motel 6 - basic is A-OK. Room was fine. Parking was good and seemed safe. Dog area was extra good and spacious. There was an unfortunate but mild smoke smell left in my non-smoking the room. I'd stay again due to location, cost and convenience."

"Well, Richmond is not the best place in No Cal. Hotel is old and decent upgrades inside the rooms. It was noisy and the room layout is bad. The bed mattresses move easily and not comfy. Best part is that Costco is near by and that was helpful. Will have to think twice if to stay here again."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no "Do not disturb sign to hang on the door or sign to indicate maid service or not. Upon arrival a city police car patrolled the parking lot 3 times before we were checked in. Parking lot was littered upon arrival and only accumulated more during our 3 night stay.
