"Perfect for a large group consisting of multiple couples. We had a group of 5 couples that fit comfortably in the space. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (1 room was the game room and has a twin trundle) and an ADU in the back that has 2 rooms and its own kitchen/living area. The beds in the ADU were a little uncomfortable but it worked fine. Overall, we had a great time with friends and would recommend to anyone needing a large space to stay. "

"We thought the place was clean, other than trash overflowing from every receptacle. What we did not like was being charged for parking; we were not told about the parking rate when we checked it. So it was a surprise to us when we had to pay $10 the next day in Concord, CA.
