"We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to explore the city and go to a concert. Dustin was a great host, and was easy to get a hold of. He even took the time to get fresh flowers and pastries from a local bakery, which was amazing. The unit has a tenant living up top, but the insulation is great and we barely heard them up there. "It was a nice retreat after a busy day in the city. Pretty centrally located but still used an Uber to get around since we are older. Was not as close to some spots as I thought it would be but very well worth it. Felt very safe and was very quiet. A little outdated but was great for us if not looking for high class.
