I have to share the most heartfelt experience I had with Motel 6 in Pinole, California, thanks to the incredible Lucille. When I rented a room for my son, Lucille went above and beyond. She showed such deep care, kindness, and grace in every interaction. And beyond Lucille, the entire group of women there were just as amazing. Every single one of them was so kind-hearted, and I felt such a strong sense of support and safety dealing with them. As a mother, I’m so deeply grateful for this wonderful group of women, and I truly feel the universe placed them in our path at just the right time. I will never forget this experience.

I have to share the most heartfelt experience I had with Motel 6 in Pinole, California, thanks to the incredible Lucille. My son stayed there while battling mental illness, and Lucille’s kindness was nothing short of a miracle. She handled the entire situation with such care, compassion, and grace—it was like a blessing from God. And beyond Lucille, the entire group of women working there are equally amazing. Every single one of them exudes kindness, a big heart, and a sincere desire to help. Just dealing with them gave me such a sense of comfort and trust. As a mother, I’m so deeply grateful for this wonderful group of women, and I truly feel the universe sent them at just the right time. I will never forget this experience.

Overall stay was ok. I love the location because it is close to shopping and easy freeway access. The rooms are overdue for an update. Also it is very noticeable they don’t clean the rooms properly. The towel holders on the wall near the sink were very dirty. Also the towels provided were stained so I recommend bringing your own.

Good surroundings but the parking lot of this place is a little bit sketch. Right next to the highway so plenty of road noise. Bad was comfortable and the shower was good. Shower light worked but bathroom light didn't.

It was decently clean for being such an old place. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The walls were thin. The tv was not working and the channel options were minimal. The parking was horrible. When we arrived, the sign was up to come back in 20 minutes, it was at least 40 minutes before someone was back to check us in. They tried, it just was not even a 2 star stay for us

1st room I got, bathroom light didn't work so I changed rooms. 2nd one was better, but still not great . Bathroom light was dim, shower/tub was not in great shape. Blanket had burn marks and room had funny smell. The only positive was there were many restaurants nearby.
