This was a last minute overnight trip to San Francisco so we looked at reviews and compared prices. I had never heard of citizenM but we were very impressed. The room is more like an efficiency apartment but what do you need when staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The room was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful as we navigated our way through automated checkin. We never tried the restaurant but it looked good.

Very modern, chic hotel in Union Square close to everything, especially transportation! The staff is the best! My daughter fell in live with this place because everything in the room was operated using a tablet. So futuristic.
