Family Beach house located in the heart of Blackhead, Furry friends welcomed

This property has an open plan style living downstairs with views onto the large deck areas. There are also two bedrooms with ensuite to the main bedroom. All facilities are located on the bottom level with upstairs featuring a large loft area with separate bedding space, perfect for older children.
Main Bedroom includes 1x Queen, Bedroom 2 includes 1x Double and the Loft includes 1x Double and 2x Single beds
Whilst the property is pet friendly, this is for outside dogs only, though the yard isn't fenced pets can be contained on the deck and are welcome to sleep in the laundry area. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after the pets and also for any damage that may occur.

OUTSIDE PETS ONLY WELCOME

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking which is held on a current credit at your time of stay

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hunter Beach House provided a great space for my family to enjoy our holiday by the beach. The deck was a wonderful place to relax with each other and upstairs an additional space for the kids to enjoy their activities. Some small matters could be easily rectified e.g. providing chux/sponge/dishwashing detergent to allow for washing up items that don't go in dishwasher and flyscreens on sliding doors to allow airflow in the absence of air con.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at the beach house. Overall a great place to stay with all extras that are needed. The place just needed some cleaning. lots of webs and dust and it was a bit musty on arrival. The main lounge is a bit broken and uncomfortable. But it is great to sit on the deck which we did enjoy.
