Everything about our experience here was a 10/10. The property was very clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly, breakfast was good and the location was convenient. The 12 noon check out was a nice bonus

This hotel was in a great location off I40. Clean room, nice big bathroom and comfy king bed. My only complaint was the air freshener they were using was overpowering until I shut off the dispenser. The little interaction we had with staff was good. Definitely would stay here again.

Weekend get away to attend surprise party. This hotel was the perfect choice for us!!! Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and friendly. Our room ( non smoking) king was larger than most and bathroom spacious. Everything clean and fresh. Buffet breakfast plentiful with something for everyone. Would recommend!!!

Everything met our expectations as a Hampton Inn. I stayed there for four nights, and the breakfast was great. Black Mountain was essential to the locations we wanted to see, such as the two-day tour of Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. Then, for the first time in three years, we spent the day at Chimney Rock and discovered that the Evening Shade Motel, which we had been to numerous times, was 75% gone. We had a wonderful dinner at the 1844 Restaurant in the town of Marion on our last nite.

Very spacious rooms (ceilings seemed really high), very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, quiet (could not hear neighbors, etc.). Breakfast was delicious as always. Front desk staff was very kind (we requested a late check-in and did so with no issues at all). It was another positive, consistent experience with Hampton Inn (we love staying with them because of their consistency).

This Hampton Inn was the best HI that we have stayed in Nc. and Va over the many years we have been HH members. We walked in the front door and was greeted by the staff and a quick checkin. The rooms were very spacious. We didn’t have breakfast there which my husband wanted to go to Louise’s. It was just a walk cross the bridge. It was delicious. There is an easy walk to Main Street and all the shops. You will not be disappointed on this Hampton Inn. See you soon
